Your Captain
Contact the Captains on the “Captains List” page linked here Captains List for their availability on the date and time of your booking. Usually text and calls reach them efficiently. After you hire your captain, select the the name of the captain you chose in the drop down which you will find during the booking process.
Your captain will collect payment prior to your boarding. They usually accept Venmo, Cashapp, or other electronic form, also cash.
Fuel Surcharge
Fuel refill will be surcharged at $7.50/Gal to card on file after your booking. You also have the option to pay an up front flat rate to cover fuel if you choose. Contact us if you wish to do this.
Luxury Cruise Rules
- All Bookings are final. No rescheduling unless we deem necessary.
- Alcohol/Drug Intoxication Or Over Serving Oneself Is NOT Tolerated Onboard And Is Grounds For Booking Termination At Captains Sole Discretion
- No Smoking/Vaping Onboard
- No diving off the boat
- If you are 15 Minutes late you will be charged a $50 late fee. After the initial 15 minutes you will be charged $100 per additional 15 minutes late.
No Shows
If you are no show, we will cancel your booking with no refund. Additionally, your card on file will be charged a fee equal to the captain fee in order to pay the captain for his time.
Cancellation Policy
ALL Bookings are NONE refundable
All Bookings are paid in full when booked and are NONE refundable. Boats will be on the water rain or shine. Pop up storms and rain showers are common here. If US Coast Guard issues a small craft advisory, you can reschedule, cancel with no refunds (unless you purchased booking insurance called “Peek Protect” during checkout), or get a rain check in the form of a store credit.
We can reschedule up to 72 hours prior to the cruise date as long as dates and times are available.
Florida is known for pop up rain and small short lived storms that come and go; this is why we recommend adding “Peek Protect” booking insurance during checkout. Peek Protect allows you to request refund and cancellation up to 24 hours prior to your booking date via the 3rd party insurance. If do not add the booking insurance provided you will NOT receive a refund as we are a NON REFUNDABLE charter. If you do not put a claim in with our booking insurance (3rd party) 24 hours or more prior to your booking date, you will not be able to receive a refund, you can only request cancellation at this point.
Enjoy dolphin and other wildlife sighting while cruising leisurely through beautiful bayous. Enjoy a Sunset viewing. Evening see the Sandestin Marina with all the beautiful yachts. Late afternoon and evening Luxury Cruises include a sunset viewing.
All Luxury Cruises include a lily pad ($85 value) and cooler with ice ($55 value)
*By booking with us; you acknowledge and understand that you are legally referred to as the Charterer and Primary Guest under Bareboat Recreational Law and regulations, whereby you legally take ownership of the vessel for the term of your booking. See our FAQ page for further info.

The Captain Fee is paid to the captain separately and directly by the Charterer/Primary Guest via electronic format, check, or cash. Typical Captain fee is as follows:
$80- 5 Star Captain Fee (paid directly to the captain. Gratuity is in addition, 20% industry standard)

You will also not be refunded for cancellations made due to rain or storms that occur while you are on the water. Our charters go out rain or shine. Bad weather, defined as severe and resulting in a small craft advisory issued for the Bay by US Coast Guard do to lightning and or high winds (25 mph or higher); you can request cancellation and refund up to 24 hours prior to your booking date IF you have purchased the booking insurance we offer.
